[INTERVIEW] ALICIA KEYS in PARIS
J’ai assisté au concert d’Alicia Keys il y a quelques semaines de cela à Bercy et elle a gentiment accepté de répondre à quelques questions pour le blog !
Why did you choose to collaborate with Reebok?
Designing my own line of Reeboks has been a great experience and a journey that started from my
childhood! I always wore these particular kind of REEBOKS called 54.11′s. They were called that
because after tax that’s how much the shoes cost. I wore them all the time because the price
was good and they had many different colors and styles that I could match with anything.
It was a dream of mine since then to design my own pair and now I’ve found another field to be
creative in. And I’m loving it!!
Where did you get your design inspiration for the collection?
This line is designed for chic, cool women that have a bold flare and like to express all sides of
themselves. Perfect for a tough and sexy girl! Some of things that inspired me are my favorite
colors, my street sensibility, New York City and the girly tomboy in me. ;-)
What do you think about girls « sneakeraddict »?
I love girl sneaker addicts!! I’m one! They tend to be super cool and complete individuals!!
You are in Paris on monday for your date, how do you feel here in Paris ?
I feel so good In paris. It’s one of the coolest cities in the world. I have friends here and friends make
every place feel more like home. I love the style, the architecture, the history, the love story. And I
made a pop in visit to one of my favorite stores Courir. Gotta love it.
What is your favorite sneakers ?
My favorite sneaker right now is the Court that comes out summer 2014.
They are SICK!!!!!!!!!!!! Tough girl, street style!;-) I can’t wait for you to see.
